All sales made through KIY are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please ensure that all information — including product selection, size, quantity, and shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only provide replacements or resolutions in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived significantly damaged during transit.

To report an issue, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

Failure to contact us within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether an item qualifies for replacement or resolution.


Lost or Stolen Packages

KIY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order on our website, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

If a chargeback is initiated for a valid, delivered order, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of delivery and agreement to this policy to the payment processor.

  • Restrict future purchases from your account.

  • Pursue recovery of fees and associated costs where permitted by law.


Product Condition Disclaimer

As a reselling business, some items may be limited edition, discontinued, or sourced from third parties. Minor packaging imperfections may occur and do not qualify as damage.

We do not guarantee manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated.
