5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

KIY is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at kiyclothing@yahoo.com


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
